Refund and Returns Policy
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:
All the products that you order from us go through rigorous quality checks before they reach you. In rare cases that you find them defective, you can contact our customer team via phone/WhatsApp or email to place an exchange request. We will guide you on how to go through the process. In case you wish to return a product because of reasons other than quality issues, You will have to courier the product to our warehouse and bear the return shipping charges. Refunds will be processed once we receive the product.
Our products are painstakingly handcrafted and in order to honors the effort that artisans and craftsmen devote in making these products, we have a ‘No Return’ policy.
Defects, Incorrect Products – We will replace at our cost. Please contact us by Phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Send us videos and relevant images of the defect to quickly process the refund/exchange process. Products that are used, washed, or soiled will not be accepted for an exchange or a refund. Many of our products are handmade, and hence slight variations are part of the beauty and are to be cherished. Please note that the below are features that will not be considered defective.
Slight variations in color and design
Minor stitching issues (common in handmade bedding)
Minor dye bleeds (common in handmade and hand-printed bedding made from vegetable dyes)
We will refund only the actual price of the product (initial shipping charge paid will not be refunded)
Size Issues: We will exchange for the right size. Will also provide size guidance, if needed.
